Ordering Policy
 

1. We use 2 different forms of shipping.  The U.S. Postal Service for small local packages and UPS Ground for all others unless you request a different method (all additional charges paid by customer).
    
2. If we have the item you are ordering in stock, it will ship the same day or the next day. If the item is temporarily out of stock, please allow 3 to 4 weeks.
    
3. To order: you can email us, fax us, or even call and speak to a person.  We will try to answer any questions you may have.
    
4. Returns: we have an unconditional return policy. Return your unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.  We DO NOT reimburse for shipping on returns.  We prefer to avoid returns. If you would like to see and feel our fabric, please send us an email at polynesian@netzero.net with the name or number of the fabric you are interested in and we will gladly send you a swatch at no charge (limit of 4 swatches).
