Merchandise arrives Defective/Damaged
All items are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of Receipt if you received an item that has been damaged during shipping. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper (UPS or USPS) . All Claims of Damage have to be made within 2 days of receipt of merchandise, It is your responsibility to inspect it.

• Defective or Damaged Goods Return Deadline: No returns due to defective or damaged goods can be authorized if you have been in receipt of the item for more than Two (2) business days or 48 hours from delivery. UPS and FedEx delivery records will be utilized to determine date and time of receipt.Pictures of merchandise, original packaging, and damage to merchandise will assist in filing a claim that the goods were damaged during shipping. )

Swatches:We prefer to avoid returns. If you are trying to match a certain color or you would like to see and feel our fabric, please send us an email at polynesian@netzero.net with the name or number of the fabric you are interested in and we will gladly send you a swatch, We charge $10.00 for Swatches, which we will credit back to you at the time you place your order. We are sorry that we now have to charge for swatches, because of the abuse by a few individuals.
RETURN Information:
PLEASE SAVE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, VINYL BAGS ECT. AND FILLERS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. Please include the reason for the return along with your documentation. All returns must be returned within 15 days of Confirmed Delivery. Any Item received after 30 days will be given a store credit only, If not re-packed as it was originally shipped or there is any indication of use, Polynesian Designs will not authorize a credit.
If you refuse delivery of the item when it reaches your home or place of business, you will be charged for all shipping costs, including the cost to return the item to us. You will also be charged for any bank credit card fees that have been incurred along with handling.
We Credit your account the same day we recieve the unused merchandise back, However, We have NO CONTROL OVER WHEN YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ISSUES YOUR CREDIT.
If you received FREE SHIPPING on the original purchase, these costs will be deducted from the refund.

We make what we sell, but it is impossible to have all the items we sell in stock at all times.
If we have the item you are ordering in stock, it will ship the same day or the next day. Most items are made per order, and we will do our best to give you a time frame. If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you, but please allow 3 to 4 weeks.

Special Orders: We do not do custom sizes on the comforters. We can do custom sizes on duvet covers, Curtains, valances,and shower curtains, depending on size there may be an additonal charge.
Special Orders are not returnable or Exchangeable, it
is a special order for you, no one else. A custom order is
is made to your specifications, so be sure of your measurments.
